Red painted tin with raised lettering highlighted in silver reading “Gau Bayreuth” with a round hole on the hinged lid for Papier geld and a slot for coins. Inner lid has coin check mechanism, bottom marked with maker information – M. Westermann & Co., G.m.b.H and with WESCO logo: “Neheim-Ruhr”.
Red lacquer finish intact to about 99%. Very good condition with minor paintloss.
Hard to find in better condition!!
