Waffen SS Latvian Volounteer Arm Shield

Waffen SS Latvian Volounteer “LATVIJA” national colors cloth sleeve insignia issued to Latvian military personnel fighting with either the 15th or 19th Latvian ‘volunteer’ divisions of the German Waffen-SS. The arm shield was made at the Lenta textile mill in Riga, Latvia (this information partly still evident on the untrimmed cloth patch).
