Luftwaffe M35 Double Decal Camouflaged Combat Helmet

The Luftwaffe M35 helmet retains much of its slightly rough textured camouflage over-paint primarily in green with random splotches of green and tan-brown. The helmet have had several cammo paints overpainted during its lifespan. The left side of the helmet has a Luftwaffe eagle which is worn down and now remains to approx 40% on the right side there are still traces of the National shield which also is well worn down.

All three liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet has it’s original field-grey paint and a liner with all eight of it’s original fingers intact. The liner shows heavy wear but is still quite pliable and supple. The helmet is stamped “Q66” and “4287”at the rear skirt, we also find a name written in white there as well. The helmet comes complete with a leather chinstrap. The chinstrap has faint manufacturer’s markings.

The helmet is complete with no damage and shows clear signs of real combat use.
