Kyffhäuserbund Armband

The Kyffhäuserbund’s origins lie in a section of the Deutscher Kriegerbund that established a league in 1900 that would unite the formerly scattered German war veterans’ associations.The Kyffhäuserbund is an umbrella organization for war veterans’ and reservists’ associations in Germany. The Kyffhäuserbund was swiftly and unceremoniously disbanded during World
War II in March 1943 by Adolf Hitler.

This Kyffhäuserbund armband as used between 1935 and 1938 is constructed of dark Blue wool with Kyffhäuser insignia shield with swastika machine sewn to the center. Uniform removed with signs of age and use.
