Kriegsmarine Signal Obergefreiter's Pea Jacket 

High quality, private purchase navy blue tricot construction tunic. Double breasted style jacket with fold back, lapels and a small lay down collar. The jacket features two rows of five, front closure buttons with corresponding button eyelets on both the left and right front panels. Blue colored collar tabs are neatly hand sewn to the collar. The right breast has a national eagle in gold cotton threads, neatly hand stitched in place. The jacket has two slash hip pockets with straight edged flaps. Hand sewn to the upper left sleeve is a Obergefreiters rank chevron and a signal branch trade patch. The interior of the jacket is fully lined in black rayon cloth and striped, white and black rayon cloth in sleeves. The buttons are all the gilt washed with an embossed anchor and all appear to have their original stitching. The right sleeve has a couple of holes, see pictures. There is also a 2cm x 2cm mending located to the left lower chest area. Besides that, light signs of age and real use.
