Heer Panzer Jäger Hauptmann's Denim Panzer Wrapper

German Army Assault Gunners Denim wrapper. These were intended for wear by assault gun crew members. This one is a standard, factory made, enlisted issue style. It’s constructed of light weight brushed cotton cloth. The breast eagle is a Bevo machine woven style, with a grey eagle on a field gray backing. It is factory machine applied with straight stitching. To the collar is a pair of Heer panzer collar tabs with silver washed skulls pinned in place. To shoulder are slip on shoulder boards, officer style with two metal pips and a “P” cypher all pinned in place on pink wool. The front features a single large pocket, with a button closure. All of the buttons on this wrapper are correct pressed paper ones and appear to be factory applied. The hook and eye closure at the collar is intact. Inside, this HBT Assault Gunners Wrapper is well marked with an RB number manufacturer code. There is no lining, internal drawstring for adjusting the waist still in place. There are no holes, stains or mendings. Condition is VERY good with very light signs of age and possibly wear.

Impossible to upgrade this very rare wrapper!!
