Heer M40 SD Helmet

Steel combat helmet with matte rough texture field-grey paint remaining to approx 95%, some slight scratches to helmet and minor spots of surface rust. The Wehrmacht Eagle decal  remains to some 90 + %. Inside with complete and untouched original liner, complete with drawstring. Original rivets sits tight. Tan/Brown leather is in very good condition and supple. Helmet liner is size marked “56”.  With helmet comes original unmarked chinstrap. Shell is marked EF 64 and serial number 8860.
