DRL Bronze Grade Sports Badge, Cloth Version

Introduced 1937 and issued to both males and females between 18 and 32 years old who met the required criteria for an eight year period, or those between the ages of 32 to 40 who met the criteria over a twelve month period of active training.

Cloth version of the 1937 pattern bronze award. Black rayon base with machine woven bronze-colored threads. Tunic removed example with old threads still visable to the edges. In overall good used condition with signs of age and use.
