Heer NCO/Officer's Breast Eagle

Machine woven national breast eagle in bright silver/aluminum flat-wire threads with interwoven blue/green accent threads on a cut-out, woven, rayon base which is machine stitched on a blue/green badge cloth backing. Very good condition with minor signs of age.
