Heer Tropical Pioneer Unteroffizer's Shoulder Straps

Ribbed olive/tan cotton construction slip on shoulder straps with subdued golden tan rayon diamond patterned, NCO’s tress and black rayon waffenfarbe piping. Reverse backing in field-grey wool and the slip on retaining tongues are in ribbed olive/tan drill cotton cloth with a green/grey cotton reinforcement panel machine to the reverse of each. The pair shows signs of age and real use. Clear sun fading to all exposed parts visable especially to the button holes and stitching lines which has turned white instead of grey as seen to the reverse.
