Kriegsmarine Officer's 1'st Model Dagger with Portapee

The blade is maker marked  WKC with logotype. Gilted brass hilt fittings with most of it’s original gilding. White celluloid grip is without cracks and chips and grip wiring is all intact. 

Plated double-etched blade is in Very Good condition actually close to mint condition. Etch pattern features fouled anchor and ornaments and retains more or less all the background frosting in the etch pattern. There are just some slight runners and no age spotting or rust. 

Gilt brass scabbard is of the 1’st hammered pattern. The scabbard has one minor dent which is very hard to detect. Dagger comes complete with it’s original portepee tied in correct reef knot. All in matching condition.

Desirable 1’st pattern dagger in VERY good condition!!
