WWII Japanese Army Officer’s Visor Cap

Early WWII or even pre-war army officer’s visor cap constructed of fine quality khaki-colored wool. Metal star affixed to the center of the red wool cap band. Leather chinstap is affixed to the cap with intact chinstrap buttons. Two metal ventilation grommet’s located located to both sides. The cap is slightly worn and shows light discoloration on the interior silk lining. There is absolutely no moth damage on the wool body which is quite remarkable for an old wool cap like this.
