Kriegsmarine Visor Cap Cockade

1935 pattern hand embroidered oak-leave wreath in bright gilt wire threads with gilt cellion accent threads on a cut-out, padded navy blue wool base. The wreath encompasses a three piece national tri-color cockade with an inserted red felt centerpiece. The reverse of the base has a protective paper backing. In good condition with signs of age.
