Rare Named WW2 And Researched Japanese "Going to War" Banner for an Army Pilot Candidate

The banner measures 160cm X 42cm. It is made of silk. Though slightly age-toned, it is totally intact and displayable. The kanji reads: “Enrollment Celebration for Mr. Tsuguo Furuya from Isono in Tokyo” (祝　入営　古屋嗣雄君　東京　磯野). The design of the banner is most typical of its kind. However, what is special about the banner is that it was found together with a paper document which revealed that the recruit (Mr. Furuya) was 20 years old when he was recruited on December 1, 1943. He enrolled to Eastern Unit 102 (東部百二部隊) to receive training to become a pilot. On March 10 in 1944, he became Corporal and he was promoted to an officer candidate on April 1. His promotion was remarkably fast but, unfortunately, what happened to him after this date is not known. Copies of the paper document comes with the banner.
